About us

Practitioners, not just consultants

ERP Experte is the vendor-independent cloud ERP portal of RiFa Holding & Advertising GmbH from Villach. We compare ERP systems neutrally – and implement them ourselves.

Founder story

From real operations, not from a brochure

The driving force and founder of ERP Experte is Fabian Richter. With No Border E-Commerce, he has built his own e-commerce and fulfilment business that has run entirely on Xentral since 2020.

This operator experience is the foundation of every implementation we support: we know the reality of goods receipt, picking, returns and month-end closing from our own day-to-day operations – not from a demo environment.

That is exactly why we talk to you about processes instead of feature lists. We know where an ERP holds up in everyday use and where it struggles, because we use it ourselves every day.

What we stand for

Our principles

Neutrality in comparison, honesty in implementation – that is no contradiction, it is our model.

Neutrality

We compare all listed cloud ERP systems vendor-independently against transparent criteria – with no commission logic.

How we rate

Delivery strength

We don't stop at the recommendation: we implement the systems ourselves – for every system we compare.

Hands-on practice

Every implementation is based on real operator experience from day-to-day operations, not on slide decks.

Transparency

Clear fixed packages instead of opaque day rates – plus a free initial consultation before any costs arise.
