For SMEs usually 6–16 weeks, depending on the system, data migration and number of interfaces; complex rollouts take longer. A clear detailed concept and clean master data noticeably shorten the duration.
Where the scope is clear, we work with fixed packages. For open-ended projects we quote transparently on a time-and-materials basis with a budget cap.
Mainly decisions, points of contact, clean master data and testing time. We handle the technical implementation – process knowledge and sign-offs come from your side.
