What is Abacus?
Abacus Research AG, headquartered in Wittenbach near St. Gallen, is the largest independent Swiss provider of business software for small and medium-sized enterprises. Founded in 1985 by three graduates of the University of St. Gallen and owner-managed to this day, the company employs roughly 800 to 850 people and serves more than 65,000 customers, who are predominantly supported through a network of around 85 certified sales partners and trustee firms. Abacus Business Software is a fully integrated, modularly structured ERP solution. Customers subscribe via AbaWeb to only the modules they actually need.
